Information from Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Threads)
In Short: Our Service connects to your Meta accounts (including Facebook Pages, Instagram Professional Accounts, and Threads Profiles) to provide analytics and publishing tools. We do not collect personal information directly from your personal profiles.
To provide our Services, we require you to grant our application several permissions to access data from your connected accounts. We only request the minimum permissions necessary for the app to function. These include:
For Facebook:
public_profile: This allows us to access your basic, publicly available profile information (like name and profile picture) to confirm your identity when connecting your account.pages_show_list: This permission allows us to display a list of your Facebook Pages so that you can select which ones you want to connect to our Service.pages_read_engagement: This allows us to collect analytics for your Facebook Page posts, including aggregated metrics like the total number of likes, comments, shares, and reactions.pages_read_user_content: This allows our service to read content posted by users on your Facebook Page.pages_manage_posts: This allows our Service to publish, edit, or delete posts on your behalf, based on your actions within our application.read_insights: This provides access to deeper analytics and performance metrics for your Pages and posts.business_management: This allows our service to manage assets, such as your Pages and ad accounts, on your behalf within Meta Business Manager.
For Instagram:
instagram_business_basic: This allows us to access basic information about your connected Instagram Professional Account.instagram_business_manage_insights: This allows us to gather analytics and insights for your Instagram posts, stories, and account performance.instagram_business_content_publish: This allows our Service to publish photos, videos, or stories to your Instagram Professional Account on your behalf.business_management: This allows our service to manage assets related to your Instagram account on your behalf within Meta Business Manager.
For Threads:
threads_basic: This allows us to access basic information about your Threads profile.threads_manage_insights: This provides access to analytics for your Threads profile and posts.threads_content_publish: This allows our Service to publish posts to your Threads profile on your behalf.
The information we process through these permissions includes:
- Aggregated post metrics such as the total number of likes, comments, shares, and reactions for a given post on any of the connected platforms.
- Content of individual comments or replies on posts, which may include the commenter's publicly visible name and other profile information.
We do not collect sensitive personal profile information from your personal accounts, such as your friends list, check-ins, gender, or birthday. The data we collect is used exclusively to provide the analytics and publishing features within our Services.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.
We process your information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:
To provide our core service. We use the engagement data collected from your connected accounts to display analytics and reports within your Vibegens dashboard. We also use publishing permissions to post content to your accounts as directed by you through our Service. Data is processed exclusively for these functions and is not sold, shared with third-party marketers, or used for purposes such as ad targeting.
To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We may process your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the requested service.
3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following third parties. We do not sell your data.
We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:
Infrastructure Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents ("third parties") who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. This includes data hosting services (e.g., cloud storage providers). We have contracts in place with our third parties, which are designed to help safeguard your personal information. They are not permitted to share or use your personal information for any purpose other than the services they are providing for us.

Our service is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 18. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. Withdrawing consent includes revoking our application's access to your accounts within your Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings.
However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent. 8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
